How to place an order online?

  • To make order, please go to the top right corner of the website and click on the red button that says “order here”. You can also click on the button below.

  • Before you register, you can also check our available stock list first. To do so, please click on the button below. Without logging in, you will not see any prices. To see price, please register as a client first.

How to register in the web store?

  1. go to the top right corner of the website and click on the red button that says “order here”

2. You will be redirected to the online web store page. if you are a new client, please click on the right side where it says “REGISTER”. On the top section, you also have the option to change between languages.

3. Complete all the required filed for register. The most important fields are your registration email and your password. Then put in the CAPTCHA and click on “send” button.

4. Go to the inbox of your email address (which you used to register) and check for confirmation email. Then click on the link to confirm your email address. If the link is not clickable, please copy and paste the link into your browser.

5. Once the email link is confirmed, go to the web store login page and input your email address and password. then click on the “login” button.

How to change the quantity of the item

The numbers in the system reflects the pieces per master carton, each click will automatically add one carton to your shopping cart. However, you have the option of manually inputing the numbers you want, simply type in the number of cartons that you need, and then add to your shopping cart.

How to send order in the online store?

  1. Go to the shopping cart on the top-right corner and click on “finish order”.

2. review your order details and click on continue.

3. Choose a payment method, add a delivery address for the order.

mis condiciones– send the order to us, and wait for our customer service to contact you for transfer payments. (recommended)

4. After filling in everything, click on finalize order, and you will receive a confirmation email from us.

What is the MOQ of each order?

-The minimum order quantity is 1000 Euros (excluding IVA and after any applicable discounts)

Who can buy from ESPANIA?

-We sell to distributors and HORECA owners. The HORECA items are not available to bazars and shops.

How do I receive my order?

-We have warehouse in Valencia, Spain. After your order is confirmed, we deliver to your designated location by truck. The goods will be packed in pallets.

Transportation Fee

an additional transportation fee will be added for countries other than mainland Spain, please refer to the transportation table for extra percentage. Or, you can arrange your own transportation.
